Our online store accepts payment in the form of credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover), Pay Pal, or online gift certificate.
Your card will not be charged until the order has been filled.
Orders are usually processed within 4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
Orders are processed from Hilo, Hawaiʻi and shipped from either Hilo, Hawaiʻi or Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
For all shipments within the U.S., buyer is given the option of USPS Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express Shipping. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Once you've place the order please be advised that you will receive a confirmation e-mail that confirms receipt of your order, which will be processed within next 4* business days (please note, during periods of high order volume we allow 4-6* business days for order processing). Should we be unable to process your order in full due to an item/s being out of stock, you will only be charged for available items & your invoice & order confirmation will be updated accordingly. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an e-mail notification with updated shipping information.
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your on-line purchase. All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have any original tags or packaging. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. No price adjustments. All sales final on sale merchandise, private sales, markdowns, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, books, gift certificates, and fragrances. Thanks for understanding.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Hana Hou is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Residents of Hawaiʻi will pay state tax on their purchase (4.166%).
International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International only. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 7-14 days from the order date. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Hana Hou is not responsible for payment of this duty.
